1. Register on the Clearvision website

2. Whether you wish to purchase new licenses or will be renewing the license maintenance
3. For existing licenses give the renewal dates
4. The license type e.g Standard, Professional, Enterprise
5. Primary contact (name, phone number, email address and postal address)
6. Preferred currency (Euro, USD, GBP)
