We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Senior Java Developer to join our software development products-team based in Hampshire.

Your main responsibilities will be the development of Clearvision’s own product – Spectrum, a new, integrated development and management environment, based around in-house and third party products (eg. the Atlassian toolset including JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins and Eclipse).
You will be a productive and quality-focused Developer with a keen pride in the code you deliver, willing to take a leading role in the development team, participating in the selection of technology, improving processes and the development environment, advising other developers, reviewing code, formulating and refactoring product designs and defining user stories for our products.
You will have at least five years commercial experience and will be fully versed in the SDLC from requirement-gathering to frequent product releases and know the key-enabling technologies of software development teams, including configuration management, continuous integration and automated and manual testing.
There will be some UK travel involved to client sites and as a Consultant, you will be client-facing and confident in your communication and people skills.
