Atlassian release V2.9 of Confluence (the Atlassian enterprise WIKI product). This release of Confluence expands on the integration with Microsoft Office and SharePoint:In addition to the existing rich-text WYSIWYG editor Confluence version 2.9 introduces a range of Microsoft Office editors, namely Excel, PowerPoint and Word editor via a connector (free to existing Confluence users). Additionally, Confluence 2.9 has several new and polished macros and improved search. Finally Atlassian have released a SharePoint connector to help users share, discover, and edit files across both Confluence Spaces and SharePoint TeamSites.
