Clearvision have today added a new product to their range of integration tools which enable customers to fully bi-directionally integrate multi-product Software Change and Configuration Management environments using Open Source products such as Git, Subversion, Trac and Mercurial in addition to vendor products such as IBM Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest.

The Subversion Trac integration product (Trac2SVN) will provide bi-directional integration between the Open Source change management tool Trac and Open Source Subversion.

Building on the existing, successful family of Configuration Management and Change Management integrations (Jira2SVN, CQ2SVN, CB2SVN), Clearvision has enabled Trac and SVN users to work more efficiently and effectively by automating (and where necessary enforcing) a process, minimising opportunities for human error while increasing the audit trail and traceability for organisations.

Clearvision is working on extending each of their integration tools to work with the increasingly popular open source distributed version control tools Git and Mercurial.
