The ClearCase to Subversion (SVN) Bridge has been developed for companies who;

High level technical overview
The diagram 1 below represents the CC2SVN Bridge mapping a ClearCase data structure to an equivalent Subversion data structure. A change to a file in subversion will be transported across the CC2SVN bridge and checked in as a change in ClearCase, and vice versa.
The principle of the bridge is simple, a change in one tool is mirrored across the bridge where it is automatically picked up and applied. CC2SVN abides by the rules of the corresponding tool regarding conflicts i.e. should a conflict occur, the developer is notified.
