Using real life scenarios of the open-working concept, Jay was able to demonstrate how having this mindset applies to all teams, no matter the industry. He touched on the importance of being able to evolve, for the necessity of delivering better results together. Tools such as Jira have helped Agile teams transition to this collaborative way of working, with ease.

Using interactive methods to engage with the audience,  individuals were able to see where they land on the scale, which showed their ability to adapt to open ways of working.

Being open to criticism and feedback is an important attitude to have when working with others, enabling you to grow and improve your own approach, so that everyone in your team can be on the same page.

Using a volunteer from the audience, they were able to prove how a difference in opinions can actually help to change the perspective of others, and lead to a better product overall.
