We’ve helped a number of customers in the past, including National airline of Ireland, Aer Lingus. Steeped in history and headquartered at Dublin Airport, the world-famous shamrock, which adorns the tailfins of the Aer Lingus fleet, is one of the most iconic symbols of Ireland worldwide.
At the time, the iconic airline was using Bugzilla for all bug tracking tasks, Microsoft Excel for test cases and Microsoft Word to document requirements. It soon became clear that they were in need of a new tool to enable better collaboration and centralised management. That’s where we came in.
Working closely with the Aer Lingus team, we helped to scope project requirements, implement a solution and provide ongoing training, support and guidance, throughout.
Our collaborative PaaS solution integrated tools such as Jira and Confluence, with the rest of the Atlassian stack, including third party components, Open Source tools, and hosting services.
After our work with them, they were able to integrate Jira and Confluence in a collaborative platform, all while having the ability to track project statuses in one place, with complete traceability from user story to epic.
