Job Description

Duties / Responsibilities:-

  • Build out ClearHub’s contractor network:-
    • Use LinkedIn, software tools and AI to identify qualified active and passive contractors around the world
    • Connect, schedule, interview and onboard new contractors  
    • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing contractors 
  • Use Bullhorn CRM to manage network data
  • Update contractor information – day rates, experience, availability, etc.
  • Add notes from calls and interviews
  • Search and select candidates
  • Write up and advertise job vacancies on job boards and social media
  • Match contractors to available positions
  • Headhunt contractors for particular roles
  • Present daily, weekly and monthly measured progress reports 
  • Continually contribute to the development of ClearHub’s recruitment process 
  • Formatting of CVs to present contractors to best advantage
  • Registering contractors with ClearHub
  • Generating new leads from contractors
  • Carry out background and due diligence checks on potential candidates
  • Attending exhibitions and networking meetings when appropriate
  • Finding and identifying new client opportunities

Essential Skills/Experience:-

Your application will not be considered unless you meet the following:-

  • Two years experience in a previous role in customer service, contact centre, retail or similar
  • Demonstrably strong admin skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literate and working knowledge of LinkedIn as a tool
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written English language skills/ability to write job adverts

Desired Skills/Experience:-

  • University degree or similar, in any subject
  • Previous similar role in resourcing or recruitment
  • Previous work experience in the IT industry, particularly software
  • Previous experience working with a customer relationship management (CRM) or ATM tool such as Bullhorn
  • Knowledge of the G-Suite including Google Docs or Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
