Running for Teenage Cancer Trust
Whilst supporting a number of charities as a company, our CEO Gerry is running the London Marathon alone, and we are all behind him. You can be too.

Over the years, Clearvision has supported a number of charities, and pride ourselves on the work we do to help others in all areas. In addition to the fundraising the company does as a whole, our CEO Gerry Tombs has taken on the mammoth challenge of running the London Marathon on Sunday 22nd April, in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust. Something very close to him personally, the whole company and many more have really got behind him to smash his £2000 target and support him. Read Gerry’s story below:
“I ran a youth football team for almost 13 years, finishing 3 years ago when the boys became too old! One of the boys in the team was recently diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma http://www.cancer.net/cancer-types/ewing-sarcoma-childhood-and-adolescence/statistics. Tom is currently undergoing treatment. On hearing his story, I was inspired to try to raise funds for this incredible charity.
I was very fortunate to be selected to run the London Marathon for one of the charity places for the Teenage Cancer Trust. Around seven young people aged between 13 and 24 are diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK. They need expert treatment and support from the moment they hear the word ‘cancer.’ Teenage Cancer Trust is the only charity dedicated to making this happen.”
